Mrs Christmas' Magical Christmas Cakes

It is a fairly well known fact that Mrs Christmas or (Mrs Claus depending which you prefer to call her) loves to cook and particularly bake cakes.
Over the centuries she has honed her cooking skills to a finely tuned art. I am not sure whether many know that the despite the stories of where the Christmas cake originated, the truth is fairly simple. It is the big man's favourite cake; he loves a densely packed, rich fruit cake, doused in warming brandy and then coated in a lovely almond based marzipan with a sweet outer crust of icing!

As word began to spread that this was his favourite cake, people around the world thought that leaving out a slice of his favourite cake may increase their chances of getting a visit from Father Christmas...and I think that they may have been right!

Anyway, now I have given you a little history lesson, I must get back to my original point which was to tell you that Mrs Christmas' legendary Christmas cakes are now available to buy, but only through our official agents "Elfmade." Father Christmas is always watching

All around the world there are a network of helpers who carefully watch the world, keeping an eye out for children who do good things, children who do bad things and people who may be in need of help. Despite the legends that we know exist around across the globe, it's not just about children; our network of birds, woodland creatures, angels and elves intermingle in society, remaining unseen and unnoticed by the majority.

However, I feel it is important for you to know that our helpers constantly send magical report scrolls back to Christmas Headquarters. They travel down the main postal chimney to be sorted and filtered by a team Elves who pass on anything that they feel is worthy of special attention from the big man. As an example, we received a message scroll from one of our helpers in England who noted how early Liz and Mark, (who work at a company called Last Bros in the county of Hertfordshire)have begun to spread the Christmas spirt. So, if you are reading, well done Liz and Mark and you never know, you might be in line for a special visit this year if you keep up the good work!

Elfmade - Christmas Decorations

Most people think that us Elves at the North Pole spend the majority of our time making Toys for all of the good boys and girls around the world. Whilst, this of course is true, what is overlooked is the extent of our Christmas decoration making set up.
Along with our duties to provide the world with magical toys each Christmas, it is also our job to enhance the celebrations of children and adults alike by producing magical Christmas Decorations. Obviously, delivering these late on Christmas Eve would be not much use these days given the new ritual of decorating the house and tree weeks before Christmas, this is where our new friends and official agents Claire and Russell come in. Welcome To Our New Blog!

May we bid you welcome to our very first blog post! I know it may be strange for some of you to think that technology has reached the North Pole, but it has. However, that is not to say that everybody has got used to it yet. After hundreds of years of working in a very similar way, the time has come to embrace change. This does not mean to say that we will be changing the formula of how we have always brought magic to the world, we will just slowly introduce a few tweaks here and there mainly with the help of the first two new "outerworlders" as we call them here to work for Father Christmas in nearly 50 years; Russell and Claire!

Anyway, I must run for now as I can hear the "Big Man" calling for me!
